Pricing will be fixed for the first two years of the Contract, with any increases in price for years three & four not exceeding the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) and only with the agreement of the Forestry Commission. Tenderers should only complete pricing for the lots they wish to be considered for. The figures provided within the Pricing Schedule for mounded planting/beat-up and flat/screefed planting/beat-up are indicative as exact areas for each requirement will not be known until planting/beat-up is to commence.
