                "description": "LAR seeks to increase its portfolio of homes, mainly in the form of 2 bedroom flats and/or houses and 3 bedroom houses. Other sizes/types will be considered, but are not a priority. It is the intention of LAR to set up a multi supplier Framework Agreement, with up to 20 suitably experienced Contractors that own or have options (formal or informal) over land, to build homes to LAR's Specification. All queries about this procurement must be made via the PCS messaging system.
