    "description": "Aberdeen city council publish this notice for & on behalf of itself, NHS Grampian & SEPA. Only 1 UK provider of right hand drive hydrogen cars at present who can meet our delivery schedule. Given the relative infancy of this technology, how it differs to conventional fuel technology, & the fact that few have experience of dealing with these vehicles, a decision was made to lease these from Toyota Finance (TF). TF have access to & knowledge of the technical aspects of the vehicles. This makes them best placed to establish residual value/service timings & associated costs etc. to arrive at a lease rate.
