    "description": "The University currently relies heavily on a paid search solution which was implemented to comply with EU regulations and UK legislation. Active management of the service is challenging, mainly due to limitation of functionality and resources. The UoE intending to procure a new search facility to enable active management and ensure a robust search service delivery in the following years. The UoE may seek brochures, example designs, data sheets to demonstrate their capability in providing a service. Data gatherings will be reviewed by the University and for the sole purpose of market research, suppliers may be contacted for further discussion. Training on the service will be considered and guidance documents may also be required for the new search engine.
