During the new contract period for the supply of chemicals, the authority intends to prepare for a tender for re-provision of dosing equipment and associated chemicals in order to openly advertise the opportunity. The duration of the new contract has been set to allow the full scoping and tender preparation process to take place whilst in the meantime, securing continued supply of chemicals for a critical facility which launders hospital linen for several health boards in the West of Scotland.",
