A schedule of rates representing the most common types of tree works which have been required over the last three years as part of the landscape maintenance works is provided to allow Bidders to provide a price in competition with all interested parties. A quality section is also included to ensure the appointed contractors have sufficient knowledge, skill and experience to carry out these works in an efficient and effective manner with due regard for health and safety at all times.
