The PIDS is a phonic sensing cable manufactured by Geoquip which is installed at a number of SPS Establishments. Some CCTV and PIDS Equipment are integrated with either a Cortech front end and/or an ISM (Integrated Security Management) front end security management system. It is therefore important that the supplier has the appropriate resources and the technical capability to provide effective service delivery. For each asset the supplier shall perform as a minimum, system maintenance to SFG20 and Manufacturers specification, including configuration programming and software updates.
