The annual series should start from January 2017, building on SE's latest published Risk Capital Market Report covering 2015 (December 2016). The quarterly series will commence from April 2017. SE is open to alternative approaches that may have the potential to deliver added value to this commission. This could cover more effective approaches to the updating and presentation of findings. Care will need to be exercised to ensure that trends can be monitored by following the methodology adopted by earlier reports. At the end of each calendar year, the supplier will be expected to submit a report analysing annual trends, which will then require to be presented. This is in addition to the reports that will be provided for each quarter of the year. Quarterly reporting provides SE with the flexibility to accommodate financial year analysis.",
