The training sessions will provide attendees with an understanding of the scale and impact of food waste in Scotland, as well as the knowledge and practical skills of simple approaches to stop wasting food and save money in the process. In order to encourage attendance, the sessions will be run at the premises of the organisation receiving the training (or at a similar location provided by them) and will be free to attend. The supplier will be responsible for co-ordinating all arrangements and communications related to delivery of this contract, which includes recruitment of participant organisations, purchase of hard-copy materials, preparation of 'give away' materials, and the delivery of at least one training session for each organisation recruited. The supplier will co-ordinate the issue and return of a standard feedback form for each training session..
