Additionally, the successful Bidder(s) will be required to prepare and issue a copy of Tender Document F 'Customer Satisfaction Survey' to each tenant upon completion of painting and decoration to their property, facilitating completion of the Customer Satisfaction Survey by the Tenant. Upon completion of the Customer Satisfaction survey by each Tenant, the successful Bidder(s) will provide a copy of the completed Customer Satisfaction surveys to Waverley Housing not later than one week after completion by the Tenant. The successful Bidder(s) will also be required to undertake a minimum of two documented visits for each tenant, i.e. providing two opportunities to the tenant, to facilitate completion of the Customer Satisfaction Survey for each property."
