Live Borders reserve the right to amend the scope of facilities prior to agreeing the contract. Live Borders requires a framework agreement by which the successful Supplier must be capable of providing the service to all of the venues. The number of each of the goods to be supplied shall be agreed between the Parties and the contractor shall ensure that this level is maintained. Background The contract will be for an initial period of two years with Live Borders retaining options to extend it for 1 further year. Scope of Goods Merchandising The Supplier shall supply and install merchandising units at each of the Venues to assist with the sale of Goods with the size, location and design of the merchandising units shall be agreed in advance between the parties. The merchandising units shall be reviewed every three months and discussed at the review meetings referred to below. Sales and Returns Live Borders shall process the sale of the goods at the venues and shall determine the price at which the goods shall be sold to the public. Live Borders shall have full discretion in determining whether or not to accept returns from the public. Training The Supplier shall provide training to relevant Live Borders staff on the following: - The goods supplied at each venue and any new goods supplied. - Training on retail management to all local retail managers at the start of the contract and at agreed points throughout - Provide other training programmes relevant to this tender.
