Question 4C.10 - Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. 9. Question 4D.1 - Health and Safety Procedures: The bidder must hold a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001 (or equivalent) or have, within the last 12 months, successfully met the assessment requirements of a construction-related scheme in registered membership of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) forum OR, comply with the requirements detailed in Clause 4D.1.4 of the Related Statements to the ESPD (Scotland) Questions document attached to this notice. 10. Community Benefits: Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Council seeks Community Benefits proposals from suppliers. The Community Benefits proposals provided by the supplier will form part of the contract award criteria and will be evaluated when determining the winning tender. Non-Involvement Declaration: Falkirk Council will liaise with The Police Service of Scotland in order to assist one another in the prevention of organised crime through the procurement process. The Police Service of Scotland has identified that this is a business area which may be attractive or vulnerable to exploitation by serious organised crime groups.
