    "description": "Award against framework: The Sub-Contract Works Package comprises design, supply, installation, commissioning and demonstration including supervision, labour, plant and materials (with full design elements as detailed below) to carry out the Sprinkler Works Package (Ref WP001) all as described in the accompanying tender documents. The system shall be designed, installed and certified in accordance with the LPS 1048 Scheme and should be approved to Level 3. Sprinkler specialist design and installation drawings to be in Revit or equal and approved collaborative software to standard AEC UK BIM PAS 1192. Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms (coring) part of their tender and their submission must reflect this as no extra shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. The Tenderers shall submit their design for approval and evaluation as part of their Tender Submission failure to submit a design shall result in the Tender being deemed Non-Compliant (SC Ref:529374)",
