The quality element will be evaluated as follows: Site set up & team structure scored from 4 Weighted 20% Methodology scored from 4 weighted 40% Health and Safety Management scored from 4 weighted 15% Quality Management scored from 4 weighted 25% Insurances required are: Professional Liability Insurance in the sum of no less than GBP 5,000,000, Public Liability Insurance in the sum of no less than GBP 10,000,000, Product Liability Insurance in the sum of no less than GBP5,000,000 and Employers Liability Insurance in the sum of no less than GBP 5,000,000 at least.
