The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing this service and will be required to liaise closely with Fife Council staff. Tenderers are to provide a 2 year partly-managed monitoring service for Fife Council to review Single Person Discounts for Council Tax. This contract will entail the successful contractor reviewing a list of approximately 43,000 Fife residents who are claiming single person discounts from Council Tax and matching this list against credit file data held with credit reference organisations.
