                "description": "This Prior Information Notice seeks notes of interest from prospective contractors. The buildings that are to be decorated as part of this contract have significant challenges when it comes to access. All buildings are located in close proximity to cliff edges and are exposed to the elements. Any interested party must submit the following to be considered. - Previous design of safe access systems when working at height. - Previous experience of the painting of listed buildings or buildings of a similar type. Based on this information (which will not be formally evaluated / scored etc.), SNH will draw up a list of contractors to be invited to submit a formal quotation. The Invitation to Quote will include a Statement of Requirements, site photographs etc. The value of this contract is under GBP50,000 so it is not a 'regulated procurement'.
