Unfortunately, one of the current framework Streetlighting suppliers was omitted from the email. As a result of this, and because of the commodity category used in the contract notice (Roads-Maintenance), the procurement did not come to their attention. To ensure transparency and fairness to all potential suppliers, the Comhairle is exercising its right not to evaluate the Streetlighting element of the framework at this time and will re-tender this element. Those tenderers who have already submitted a bid for Streetlighting need not re-submit their tender but may do so if they wish to change any part of it. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise. The Project code is Project_8685.
