    "description": "The Council requires to engage with the market to determine availability of a Provider who can meet the needs and outcomes of the individual. In the first instance, interested Providers are required to record their interest in the PIN and email nmcnaught@north-ayrshire.gcsx.gov.uk for a copy of the individual's pen picture no later than 17th August 2017 at 12:00 noon. Based on the individual's pen picture, Providers must submit an outline proposal of how they could meet and deliver a service to the individual to nmcnaught@north-ayrshire.gcsx.gov.uk no later than 1st September 2017 at 12:00 noon detailing: Relevant experience of delivering a similar service to individual(s) with complex needs and challenging behaviour; How will appropriate staffing levels be utilised; How you will meet the needs and outcomes of the individual; Whether or not you may have suitable accommodation for the individual to reside; Any other relevant information to support your proposal. The Provider will be required to be suitably registered with the Care Inspectorate to deliver the service. Please note that this Future Contracting Opportunity is intended for market place research purposes only at this stage and does not imply or guarantee any contract or services being commissioned by the Council. The Council may, at it's discretion, invite Providers to a meeting to discuss their outline proposal and to determine if the individual's needs and outcomes can be met.
