The ways you can engage with us are as follows: 1. Join a working group with members from Scotland Excel and other key partners. Scotland Excel is looking for 6 provider organisations to join a working group to look at options for a future procurement strategy for these services. The frequency of meetings will be monthly and location will be Stirling. If you would be interested in participating in this working group, please email socialcare@scotland-excel.org.uk confirming your interest. There will be alternative methods of engagement, should the 6 places be filled. These are detailed below. 2. Provider Engagement Forums: Scotland Excel alongside members from the HSCP's will hold provider engagement forums to discuss Care at Home provision. These will likely take place in November 2017 in 4-5 locations across Scotland. Dates and venues will be confirmed. If you would be interested in attending a Provider Forum please email socialcare@scotland-excel.org.uk confirming your interest. 3. As the work progresses, Scotland Excel will hold drop in sessions as a method of engaging with providers. This will be an opportunity to meet with Scotland Excel and HSCP representatives to discuss ideas and topics related to Care at Home. These will be held in locations around Scotland and again, allocated on a first come first serve basis. 4. Finally, Scotland Excel also welcomes queries in writing to the following address: socialcare@scotland-excel.org.uk If you would like to keep up to date with this project, please provide your contact details to Scotland Excel at the email address provided and we will add you to the mailing list for future communications. Please also note that future information will be made available via the Public Contracts Scotland website on this Prior Information Notice.
