As noted, the programme should be tailored to our leadership framework and be based on rigorous and recognised research in this specialised field. The outputs should equip us with the insights to inform future development requirements, succession planning and any required recruitment decisions. It is likely that the assessments will include a range of simulations, interview, cognitive and psychometric testing and 360 degree feedback mechanisms.",
