    "description": "EL 10,000,000.00 PL 5,000,000.00 PI 2,000,000.00 Financial accounts are required for the last two years. The Contractor shall Design, manufacture, install, test and commission an entirely new, integrated Cell Call system to cover the Establishment known hereafter as the 'System'. For the avoidance of doubt, the System includes all components of the equipment. Information is available for exemplar outline Design only, with all details to be developed following a detailed survey and during the Design period. The restriction in weekly working hours is 08.00 to 11.45 and 13.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday with an allowance of a one hour lunch break. Any agreed out of hours working shall take place between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor shall comply with all relevant legislation, while carrying out the Works, including but not limited to: Environmental Protection Act 1990; Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991; Landfill (Scotland) Regulations 2003; Special Waste Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004; Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE) 2005; Environmental Permitting Regulations 2007; Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009; and Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012. The Contractor shall also comply with the following guidance issued by the Scottish Government: The Duty of Care - Code of Practice 2012; and Guidance on applying the Waste Hierarchy. 3 Standards - the Contractor shall comply with the following standards: CIBSE Guide Books: Guide K - Electricity in Buildings; Guide M - Maintenance engineering and management; BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations); BS EN 61439 - Low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies; BS 6423 - Code of practice for maintenance of electrical switchgear and control gear for voltages up to and including 1 kV; BS 7430 - Code of practice for earthing; BS EN 60947 Parts 1-8 - Specification for low voltage switch gear and control gear; BS EN 50110 Parts 1 and 2 - Operation of electrical installations; BS EN 61000-6-3, 4 - Electromagnetic compatibility. Generic emission standard; and BS EN 60529 - Specification for degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP code). (SC Ref:597155)",
