            "performanceTerms": "It is anticipated that a Schedule of Rates will be used including performance requirements and Key Performance Indicators, for example the M3 Schedule of Rates. Throughout the duration of the contract including any extension periods, there will be continuous improvement in terms of service delivery including provision of contractor appointments for tenants, use of real time issuing and management of works orders, use of Personal Digital Appliances by contractor's operatives, weekend and out of hours appointments, provision of call centre facilities and the like. These will all be fully defined within the Invitation to Tender ('ITT') documentation issued to those organisations successfully completing the pre-qualification stage, i.e. this stage. The successful organisations will therefore require to invest in such technology and service level improvements. The service will require to encompass 24 hours, 365 days per annum, i.e. comprehensive including outwith normal working hours."
