                "description": "In the 3 years after April 2018 it is anticipated that a range of building contracts will be entered into for planned maintenance and improvement work in as many as 18 separate areas, affecting approximately 400 dwellings. The majority of the work will involve boiler, bathroom, and heating replacements in individual occupied dwellings. However work to services etc. in common areas is also anticipated. The first work, which is expected to start in 2018/19, will include work to approximately 60 dwellings in Bellshill and Motherwell.
