The P2P service support contract will include but not be limited to the following key components and services: a. A Primary Data Centre and a Disaster Recovery Centre (including support and maintenance of all applications, data, software and hardware; all system administration & operating systems; all databases; and contingency, continuity and backup recovery). The Primary Data Centre is to be located within the Scottish Government's data centre at Saughton House, Edinburgh. b. Service Desk. c.
