FACTS Qualified: https://www.basis-reg.co.uk/Schemes/FACTS/About-FACTS The contract shall be divided into two Lots. It is intended that no more than five suppliers will be appointed to each Lot. Suppliers may choose to be considered for one Lot, or both Lots. It should be noted that a single supplier covering all lots will not be appointed. The Lots shall be as follows: Lot 1 - Agricultural Fertilisers, including compounds and blends Lot 2 - Lime Suppliers will be appointed to a Lot on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. Tender responses will be evaluated on both technical and commercial merit and the top five ranked suppliers for each Lot shall be appointed to each Lot. Please note that the supplier offering the Most Economically Advantageous Tender for each Lot will be awarded a contract to supply all purchasers for an initial period of three months. Thereafter, purchasers will run mini-competitions in line with Schedule 2, Note 3.6. Suppliers are required to complete Schedules 3, 5, 6 and 7 once, as the response to these schedules will be considered to relate to all Lots. Suppliers must complete Schedule 4 based on the product types and delivery locations set for each Lot. Prices should only be provided for the Lots suppliers wish to be considered for. If a supplier is unable to supply a specific product type they should indicate this in their response to Schedule 4. Excel versions of Schedule 4 will be accepted.
