    "description": "The works comprise cold applied liquid flat roof coverings to a flat roof area at Limekilns PS as detailed on Drawing L(27)002, NBS Specification and Bill of Quantities. No hot works will be permitted when installing new roof coverings. Scaffolding access to roof level will be provided by others. Work is to be carried out during the school summer holiday period but must be completed by 10th August. All Contractors must visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the full extent and nature of the works for all labour, material and plant to be included in their tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge. Any questions relating to the project must be posted through the PCS portal. All rubbish and waste materials must be removed from site by the successful tenderer and included in the rates.
