    "description": "The City of Edinburgh Council is currently working on a local British Sign Language (BSL) Plan in accordance with the requirements of the British Sign Language (Scotland) Act 2015. The Council would like to engage with a range of stakeholders, including potential providers of BSL services to assist service users to access the Council's services. Service providers who are interested in providing such services are requested to register interest against this notice by 17:00 on Monday 8 January 2018. By doing so, service providers are indicating their willingness to be contacted by the Council and to take part in related discussions and other forms of dialogue, such as a survey or meeting. Please note there is no guarantee of any related future tender opportunity. If authorised, any procurement procedure is unlikely to commence before August 2018.
