The new boiler shall where practicable, utilise the existing MTHW and Gas pipework and existing flue way. Where alterations are required the Contractor shall provide in accordance with CIBSE Guide B, The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulation 1998 and the Employer's Mechanical Specification. The replacement boiler shall interface fully with the existing heating main and domestic hot water (DHW) provision. The new boiler shall, where practicable, make use of the existing electrical supply. If alterations are required to suit the new installation the Contractor shall provide a supply in accordance with BS 7671:2008 + A3:2015 and the Employer's Electrical Specification.
