    "description": "The Stornoway Trust and Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar are working in partnership to restore and improve Lews Castle Grounds in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. The partners have been successful in securing Heritage Lottery funding under the Parks for People programme which, together with contributions from the Trust, the Comhairle and Historic Environment Scotland (HES) will enable significant restoration and repair works to historic features. The purpose of this notice is to advise contractors of two (2) forthcoming contract opportunities. Contract 1 Lews Castle Grounds Buildings Works (Lot 1) and Structures Works (Lot 2) This contract will be split into two lots and contractors can submit offers for one or both lots.
