The proposed works, will include the following elements: Linkspan replacement - Fabrication of new linkspan structure and transport to a location near Oban - Provision of hydraulic cylinders and fit out - Installation of client provided pump set - Installation of hydraulic and electrical pipe/cable runs - Test of system prior to installation - Decommissioning and removal of existing linkspan - Installation and commissioning of new linkspan - Operational range and load testing of new linkspan It is anticipated that construction procurement will commence in early Spring 2018.
