    "description": "It is anticipated that the procurement will commence early in May 2018, with appointments to a Framework being made in December 2018. It is envisaged that individual work packages will vary in value up to a maximum value of 20 million GBP and will be procured via mini-competitions over a four year period. It is anticipated that the Form of Contract for the Framework Agreement will be the Council's standard terms and conditions and the Call-off terms that will apply to each order placed under the Framework Agreement will be NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (as amended by the Local Authority). The purpose of this notice is to raise awareness of this forthcoming opportunity and seek return of a market engagement questionnaire. The market engagement questionnaire is available within the attachments section of this notice.
