The purpose of a contract would be to ensure best value is achieved where a fixed pricing strategy is supported by the supply chain along with additional cost savings initiatives proposed. Due to the reactive nature of our services, this contract would require strong contract management, to ensure the continuous availability of tyres and services as and when needed.
