    "description": "Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lots have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this notice. At this stage there is an opportunity for interested parties to meet with Scotland Excel to discuss the upcoming framework. We would like to invite suppliers to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual hour-long meeting at our Paisley office on one of the following dates: 17th April (9am - 1pm) 18th April (1pm - 5pm) 20th April (9am - 1pm, 2pm - 4pm) 23rd April (9am - 1pm) Meeting slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Meetings can also be conducted over the phone, to avoid excessive travel.
