    "description": "This contract will include fit out of offices and support areas such as toilets. It will also include installation of mechanical and electrical services, including refrigeration systems. The work will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 will involve the demolition of part of the existing factory and construction and fit out of the new factory. Phase 2 will involve the demolition of the remainder of the factory and external works to its footprint (construction of hard-standing, fencing, etc.). Food processing equipment, ICT cabling & loose equipment/furniture will be installed by the client/tenant following completion of the Phase 1 works. The appointed contractor will be required to act at Principal Contractor during this period.
