Accordingly, it is considered that the proposed award of contract to NorthgateArinso meets with the requirements of EU Directive 2014/24/EC, Article 32(2)(ii) and (iii) as incorporated into Scots Law by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, Regulation 33(1)(b)(ii) and (iii).",
