The upgrade is only available through Bruker and the ESPRC/CRUK negotiated pricing etc based on a collective agreement for all the institutions involved in the network. In accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2015. Specifically Reg 33(1)(b)ii. Competition is absent for technical reasons.",
