It is expected that each year a proportion of the most affected developments and the commercial cleans would be deep cleaned annually, most likely on a three year cycle as an average. There are various objectives associated with the procurement. These include: Embed an enhanced standard specification across the regions Streamline processes and gain efficiencies Increase the service level provided to customers Harness best practice and innovation with regards to social value aspects As part of the Cleaning Services, Castle Rock Edinvar wish to implement a reporting and management procedure to monitor and log the service delivery of the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract Administrator (CA) and the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) as specified in the Service Level Agreement.
