                "description": "The 'Food in Hospitals National Catering and Nutrition Specification for Food and Fluid Provision in Hospitals in Scotland (FiH)' originally published in 2008 and revised in 2016 has been developed to support Scottish NHS Boards in implementing: 1. The Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) Standards for Food, Fluid, and Nutritional Care specifically standards 3 and 4 which relate to the provision of food and fluid in hospital. 2.
