FSS shall take a role in the delivery of administrative functions for feed, including processing of intelligence and horizon scanning to inform risk analysis, intervention planning and development of guidance and officer training. The detail of Service Provider(s) and FSS functions are provided in Chapter 1 of the Feed Manual.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015",
