St Machar's will appoint a design team of a quality that will ensure that the works will be to the very highest standard and deliver the vision for the project. All bidders responding to PCS contract notice are to complete the accompanying European Standard Procurement Document (ESPD). This will be assessed by the selection panel for quality to identify bidders to be shortlisted. In accordance with section 2A.17.4 of the ESPD, there is a requirement for bidders to submit separate ESPD responses from the four principal team consultants listed at 1.1 above, but not from other proposed specialist sub consultants.
