    "description": "The purpose of this PIN is to gather information that will inform the development of the approach to contract packaging and the use of lots and to gauge market interest. To assist us to tender deliverable and competitively priced contracts we ask that you complete the questionnaire as attached and return by email to speedJ@northlan.gov.uk by 12 November 2018. The Council will ensure that any organisations completing and returning the Questionnaire will be notified of the next stage in the procurement process. The project team will be holding the next round of public consultation in November prior to submission of the planning application. You are invited to visit the team and learn more about the proposals and the forthcoming contract opportunity. Dorothy Balfour, the Council's Category Manager responsible for procurement, will be on hand to answer any questions on the procurement process and the requirements of e-tendering and the Public Contracts Scotland portal. The team will be available from 3.30pm to 7.30pm on Tuesday 27th November 2018 at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, 1 O'Donnell Way, Wishaw, Motherwell ML1 2TZ.
