    "description": "There is an opportunity through this notice to record your interest in this Framework. It is anticipated that a minimum of 5 contractors will be selected onto the Framework. There will be no guarantee however that all of the framework partners will be utilised in this project. It is envisaged that a Contract Notice will be published within 2 months of this notice.
