Any procurement of Goods by NSS will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The Authority intends to host a pre tender market engagement event on Monday 12 November 2018, where interested parties will be asked to attend and provide a brief presentation on the Goods and Services available from their company relevant to this tender to clinical representatives from across NHS Scotland.
