Please provide your Health & Safety Policy for evaluation. The Council reserves the right to request alterations to meet policy requirements. A site visit will take place on 7th November at 10am at The City of Edinburgh Council's Russell Road Depot at 38 Russell Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2LP. Due to the tight timetable for this exercise the site visit date/time is not negotiable. On arrival please report to reception and ask for Andrew Ballantine. From the starting point the Council will transport attendees to the other three sites and then return them to the starting point on completion. The site visits will take around 3 hours. Following the walkround at each site a Q&A session will take place where tenderers will be given the opportunity to ask any questions that they may have. Thereafter all questions raised and the answers to those questions will be channelled through the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal. Due to site safety considerations only one individual from each tendering company is invited to attend.
