There will be no guarantee however, that all of the framework partners will be utilised in this project. These works will be phased over the term of the contract at an estimate rate of 100 properties per year with an initial phase of around 50 properties. Awards to the Framework have been based on the most economically advantageous tenders and contractors ranked with a direct award being made to the top ranked contractor. If the top ranked contractor cannot fulfil the requirements, the next placed contractor will be selected. Where further call-offs run simultaneously with live contracts, Atrium may open negotiations with the second placed, or any other of the Framework Contractors.
