The provision of a 24/7 365 days a year call-out service, until the end of the contract to enable emergency works to be completed in compliance with the contract. 3. Engineers - the service provider must ensure they employ sufficient engineers to satisfy the requirements for the following qualifications: CPA1, HTNG, MET1, CKR, FRA, F/GAS. Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract.",
