            "reductionCriteria": "The main features of the award procedure following this Prior Information Notice, will be the publication of a Contract Notice on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal in spring 2019. Interested parties would complete the pre-qualification documentation which will be available on PCS and submit this through the portal. From a review of the submitted pre-qualification documents a shortlist of firms will be drawn up who would then receive an invitation to tender. Specific criteria for selection and award will be identified in detail at the pre-qualification stage and at the invitation to tender stage."
