    "description": "The Contracting Authority has appointed a broker to act on its behalf, Price Forbes, but the response to this notice MUST be via the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) web portal . The Contracting Authority will only consider expressions of interest from insurers. GBP means Great British Pounds. The Contract shall be subject to Scots Law and the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. The Contracting Authority will evaluate the responses and the information supplied in response to the requirements in a) to f) above. Invitations to Tender together with claims history and property details will be sent to all candidates satisfying those requirements.
