Desirable - Experience of marketing golf clubs in the Highlands - Contract management experience - Experience of reporting to Committee Required as part of the application: - Demonstrate how you meet the essential and desirable skills and knowledge criteria above. - Demonstrate how you will manage and provide quality control of the project - A costed breakdown of all the project components, proposed payment schedule, including a retention payable on successful completion of the project - Identify your own ideas to deliver the project outcomes - Demonstrate how you will meet the Club's expectation of extensive presence on site during the period of the project - A timetable for delivery of the project components The successful applicant will be required to work closely with a small working group and to engage positively with the Committee throughout the period of the project."
