In some instances, the Association owns all properties within each close and for others, the ownership is multi-tenure. In the instance of 8 and 10 Skipness Drive, all affected properties are owned by the Association. However, Linthouse Housing Association reserves the right to invite more or less should the scoring not reflect aspirational requirements.
